PK Education are recruiting for a Trauma-Informed SEND Support Assistant to work within specialist and mainstream provisions supporting pupils with additional needs from September 2026.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting:
SEMH
Autism
ADHD
Behavioural needs
Emotionally dysregulated pupils
We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of consistency, relationship building and emotional regulation strategies within the classroom.
The role may involve:
1:1 support
Small group intervention
Behaviour support
Classroom transition support
Nurture-based approaches
Experience within schools, care, youth work, residential support or mentoring is welcomed.
