This is a front-facing role requiring exceptional customer service skills, immaculate presentation, and a proactive approach to safety and security. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure, welcoming, and discreet environment for residents, VIP guests, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Provide a highly visible and professional security presence within the main lobby. Control access to the building, verifying residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries. Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the development. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns. Liaise with concierge, management, and emergency services when required. Maintain detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports. Manage key control and access card systems. Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire safety procedures. Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times. Candidate Requirements Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence (essential). Proven experience in luxury residential, corporate, or hotel security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Smart, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic IT proficiency (incident reporting systems, CCTV platforms). Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. Desirable Experience Background in high-end residential or 5-star hospitality security. First Aid at Work certification.
