We're looking for a talented individual to support our Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service at our beautiful golf course venue in West Malling. Location: West Malling Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year Hours: Full-time, Flexitime Contract: Permanent What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing day-to-day food preparation across all catering outlets (bar/lounge, snack bar, on-course sales, function suite) Supervising kitchen porters and supporting the Head Chef Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Managing kitchen records (e.g. temperature logs, food labelling) Assisting with bookings for events, weddings, and golf societies Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up Strong leadership and organisational skills A team player with a hands-on approach Ability to work flexibly and under pressure A passion for great food and customer satisfaction Perks & Benefits: Flexitime Company pension Discounted or free food Employee discounts Free on-site parking Please apply or call Grant (phone number removed).
