We'd like you to join us as a Registered Manager at our service Mayfield Road in Sutton.
We are looking for an experienced Registered manager or someone with extensive managerial residential experience.
What you'll be working:
Location: Mayfield Road, Sutton
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (MondayFriday)
On-call: Some weekend on-call duties required
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
What you'll be doing: Leading the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of care.
Managing staffing levels and resources to meet the needs of the people we support.
Supporting referrals, assessments, and service visits.
Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
Enabling and overseeing staff development.
Liaising with families, medical professionals, advocates, and other stakeholders.
Supporting individuals with complex medical needs and behaviours of concern.
Participating in on-call duties and providing flexible support outside core hours.
What you'll have: Experience as a Registered Manager or extensive leadership in residential care.
Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum); Level 5 Diploma preferred.
Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
A collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach to multi-site working.
