We are recruiting Care Assistants for dedicated roles within well-established care homes in the Ballymena area, supporting elderly residents and individuals living with dementia. We have a variety of shift patterns available, including: 6am – 10am 8am-2pm 8am – 8pm 2pm – 8pm As a valued member of the care team, you will work closely with residents on a one-to-one basis and alongside nursing and care staff to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care within a homely and supportive environment. Your role will involve assisting residents with personal care, supporting daily routines, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping to create a safe and reassuring atmosphere for those in your care. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and experienced carers who are passionate about making a difference within a consistent care home setting. We can offer full-time, part-time, or ad hoc shifts. This is a temporary ongoing role and successful candidates’ pay rates range from £13.00 – £17.00 per hour, depending on the shift worked.
