Job Advert: Part-Time Receptionist (Job Share) Job title: Administrator/Receptionist Location: Goole Contract Length: 12 months Are you an engaging and confident individual with a flair for front-of-house excellence? Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking two proactive Part-Time Receptionists to join our team in Goole! This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our dynamic Goole site, working as part of a job share arrangement. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our reception area, providing a professional and efficient service to all visitors and colleagues. About the Role: We are seeking two dedicated individuals to cover our core office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The specific working hours will be discussed and agreed upon at the offer stage to ensure coverage, for example: * Candidate A: Mornings * Candidate B: Afternoons Alternatively: * Candidate A: Monday - Wednesday AM * Candidate B: Wednesday PM - Friday You will be responsible for covering each other in instances of annual leave or sickness, ensuring continuous reception service. Key Responsibilities: While the full JD will be provided, your day-to-day activities will include: * Greeting and assisting visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor * Managing incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages * Handling queries from visitors and staff efficiently * Managing incoming and outgoing emails related to reception duties * Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable * Undertaking general administrative tasks as required What We're Looking For: * Previous Experience: Proven experience in a similar front-of-house, receptionist, or administrative role is essential * Independent Working: You must be comfortable working independently for the majority of your shift at reception * Confident Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital, with the ability to confidently deal with a diverse range of visitors, phone calls, queries and emails * Proactive and Engaging: We are looking for individuals who are engaging, confident and eager to take initiative * Computer Literate: Proficient in using standard office software We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
