Hotel Receptionist We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly reception team You will be working in a beautiful newly renovated 30 bedroom hotel with stunning sea views. Located in the picturesque village of Robin Hood's Bay, on the North Yorkshire Coast The hotel offers a range of luxurious bedrooms, as well as excellent dining facilities with a newly refurbished sea view restaurant, stunning cocktail bar & lounge, as well as a large friendly traditional Yorkshire pub. We also host weddings and various events throughout the year Main duties Include: Greeting and registering guests Assisting with check-in and check-out Handling reservations and room assignments Providing outstanding customer service Managing phone calls and guest inquiries Processing payments Email responding and management Solving guest issues Cash handling Collaborating with other hotel staff for smooth operations Experience in a customer focused environment with good IT, administration and communication skills would be preferred, however if you have excellent customer care skills and a positive approach then we would be more than willing to invest time and training to the right candidate.
