Operational Support Add, manage, and monitor appointment slots across clinical systems (SystmOne). Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appointment availability aligns with demand. Support Rota planning and clinic scheduling. Manage templates and inductions for GP registrars, medical students and new staff. Annual leave management across the teams. Significant event reporting. Manage the weekly room rota for clinicians. Manage the cover rota for the redistribution of work when clinicians are on annual leave. Quality & Data Searches Run and interpret clinical searches and audits (e.g., QOF, IIF, PCN DES). Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for quality improvement and compliance. Maintain accurate records for CQC and other regulatory requirements. Digital Communications Maintain and update the practice website with current information, policies, and news. Maintain practices Team Net platform, including mandatory training, policies and protocols, annual leave and rotas. Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook) to share health campaigns, service updates, and community engagement. Monitor digital feedback and respond appropriately or escalate. Support practice text campaigns (Flu, Covid, health awareness). Administrative & Management Support Provide administrative support to the management team, including minute-taking, diary coordination, and project tracking. Assist with internal communications and staff updates. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training logistics. Working Pattern: Part Time (25 hours per week)
