Overview
Oaklands Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our Hospitality Team. As a Catering Assistant you will be part of a team who ensure the preparation and delivery of a food and beverage service to patients. Hours: 10 hours per week, Part-time. Saturdays: 1:00pm-7:00pm, Sundays: 3:00pm-7:00pm.
Location: Oaklands Hospital
Key responsibilities
* Serving meals to patients and staff in the dining room
* Preparation of food and taking money
* Cleaning the department after service
What you\'ll bring
* Experience in a catering environment
* Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
* Experience within a healthcare environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* An ability to work independently and to manage own priorities and strict deadlines
