This is an exciting opportunity for a junior commercial property solicitor to join a Winchester‑based L500 property team. This role offers exposure to a broad and interesting mix of commercial, rural and agricultural property work, including high-value rural homes, estates and development matters.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior lawyers from initial instruction through to completion.
* Advise clients on commercial property matters.
* Investigate title and planning issues.
* Draft and review transactional documents.
* Progress matters efficiently and manage competing priorities.
Qualifications & Attributes
* PQE Level 1+ PQE.
* Organised and commercially minded.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to develop in rural and agricultural property.
