Job Title: Area Technical Sales Manager – Roofing Systems Location: Field-Based (Northeast England)
Salary: £60-65,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car or cash Allowance + Excellent Benefits

With decades of industry experience and an expanding client base, they are now seeking a driven, results-focused Roofing Sales Professional to join their team and manage their growth across the well-established region of the Northeast of England.
As a key member of the sales team, you will develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and drive sales growth across your designated territory. This consultative sales role is suited to someone with a deep understanding of roofing or related products, systems, and the construction industry.
Identify and win new business opportunities with Roofing contractors, Architects, Main contractors, property developers, and specialist distributors.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Proven track record in roofing or related sales with a project led focus
Strong product knowledge of roofing systems (pitched and/or flat).
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the Northeast.
