The Department: The Affiliate Department is responsible for driving traffic towards the Casino, through the affiliate marketing channel. Purpose of Job: To assist the Affiliate Manager Team in various tasks and analytics, improving the team's efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities The position will involve the following areas of responsibility: Liaising with Affiliate Managers, Director, and any other shareholders that are involved in the running of the affiliate program. Creating briefs which includes landing pages, mailers, banners, special offers, reviews. Compiling a variety of reports which may be recurring reports or ad hoc. Analysing the above-mentioned reports and providing feedback to account managers and management. Conducting audits of affiliate sites, which includes ensuring they are compliant, up-to-date and providing recommendations where relevant. Lead-sourcing for new leads as and when directed by management for various marketing channels and regions. Creating tracking links and campaigns. Creating and testing of postbacks. This may include liaising directly with affiliates. Conducting in-depth competitor analysis and compiling feedback for management. Conducting market research of various regions or products. Providing general affiliate support. This includes answering support box queries. Use of Atlassian (Confluence and Jira) to creating and maintain pages and the sharing of information.
