Product Manager (Article 6) CIX is looking for a Product Manager to shape the future of the carbon trading and carbon services market, with a particular focus on Article 6 credits. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to long-term business development goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy and Product Officer, the Product Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing CIX's mission. This position will be based in Singapore or London. Key responsibilities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities aligned with the company's overall objectives, with a strong emphasis on Article 6 credits. Pitch and negotiate business arrangements with strategic partners, buyers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, financial institutions and other relevant stakeholders. Structure key financing solutions, consortiums or partnerships to promote innovation and catalyse new quality supply in the market. Help to shape product strategy for CIX based on iterations with the market. This includes views on partners, buyers, suppliers, value propositions, trade-offs, and product directions Lead and structure CIX partnerships by identifying high impact strategic opportunities, building up a roadmap to pursue them and drive execution, from sourcing to legal signing and operationalisation, capitalising on the team's core assets and capabilities Oversees programs and projects with named strategic partners Communicate and report to leadership team and key C-level stakeholders on progress of ongoing partnerships and forecast of future opportunities Experience An ideal candidate would bring the following experience to this role: 7 years of partnership origination and/or business development experience in the carbon credit industry Experience driving large scale partnership projects with financial institutions and other leading corporate brands, tech providers and/or governments Previous experience in sustainability/energy/finance industry strongly preferred Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and lean environment Ability to identify and resolve problems, proposing solutions with creativity and risk awareness CIX is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
