renal and peritoneal dialysis care
in patients homes across

The Role As a Community Nurse, youll deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult and paediatric patients undergoing Automated and Manual Peritoneal Dialysis at home. Youll be central to their treatment journeybuilding trust, ensuring safety, and providing meaningful support.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Connecting and disconnecting PD machines during home visits
Administering IV medication and monitoring vital signs
Providing catheter care and dressing changes
Managing infection control, medical supplies, and clinical waste
Collaborating with hospital PD teams for ongoing clinical input
Educating and reassuring patients and their families
What Youll Need:
NMC registration (RGN or RCN)
Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Essex (SS & CM postcodes)
The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Community experience is a bonusbut full training is provided
