Teaching Personnel Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in welcoming and supportive schools within the B29 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and committed TA to make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis
* Assist with planning and preparation of classroom activities
* Support pupils with additional needs where required
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working in a school setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach
Important:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
