Job Description:
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff in various clinical and non-clinical roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to over 1.15 million people, extending to 2.2 million with regional and national services.
The position involves a 4-day workweek from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. The salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.

Work is conducted in clients' homes and communities, focusing on promoting independence and person-centered care. The service aims to promote independence, self-management, hospital admission avoidance, and support hospital discharge. You will collaborate with other health professionals to achieve person-centered goals.
Your duties include providing expert advice, supervising team members and students, and participating in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
