The role of the Facilities Assistant is to provide support to the wider Irwin Mitchell teams. This may include:
* Document services – managing incoming/outgoing post, scanning requests, reprographics, troubleshooting MFD faults.
* Office service centre management – maintaining stationery stock and replenishing supplies.
* Meeting room and reception support – booking rooms, supporting reception, managing room layouts.
* Porterage services – moving furniture and items around the office.
* Health & Safety – receiving training, maintaining equipment, reporting breaches.
