Document Controller Job Overview
1. Work within company policies, procedures, and BIM protocols, ensuring compliance with BS 19650 file-naming conventions and BEP requirements.
2. Upload, validate, and issue documentation in line with project workflows and processes.
3. Support the Project Data Manager, coordinating workflows and reporting on statistics
4. Manage and maintain the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) documentation, creating placeholders as needed.
5. Provide training and support in the use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and promote its benefits across project teams and external partners.
