Hygiene Manager is managing and controlling all aspects of Night Shift/Day Shift hygiene operations within the Factory, the factory is made up of coated, high risk Ready to Eat and Free from area. This includes changing facilities. Responsible for leading and managing the team/s to achieve the site hygiene standards against the profit and performance targets determined by the Site Factory Manager. Drive through continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people; processes and systems.
