Key Responsibilities
* Assist the marketing director and content marketing manager with tasks and campaign management.
* Schedule daily social media posts and manage reactive communications across all channels and community platforms.
* Create live content for social media, including daily posts and event promotions.
* Support the management of weekly visual assets for website, social media, newsletters, and emails.
* Coordinate events, webinars, and broadcasts with the marketing team and editorial staff.
* Contribute to the email marketing calendar and weekly newsletter production.
* Assist PR with press inquiries, brand partnerships, and external speaking opportunities.
* Draft and edit content for emails, landing pages, social media, digital ads, print, and press materials.
* Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Relevant marketing experience, ideally in B2B or agency settings.
* Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
* Interest in trends, consumer futures, foresight, and research.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Effective communicator and team player across departments.
* Basic knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Cision PR.
* Experience with Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign is preferred.
