Working closely with the Department Manager, you'll drive operational excellence through strong leadership, effective people management and a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop production teams to deliver outstanding performance Monitor and drive key operational KPIs, taking action to ensure targets are achieved Set performance objectives and implement improvement plans where required Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency Identify and develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance management Promote colleague engagement, welfare and attendance standards Lead daily shift briefings and effectively allocate resources across the operation Support cost control initiatives and contribute to operational budget management Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality and health & safety standards About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven leadership experience from a large-scale manufacturing or food production environment and have a passion for developing people and delivering results.
