Motion Graphics Designer (Hybrid, Watford) Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office.

What you’ll do:
* Take ownership of creative projects across motion graphics and digital media.
* Design and produce compelling content for outdoor advertising, point-of-sale and other customer-facing campaigns.
* Present concepts confidently to stakeholders and influence creative direction.
* Ensure outputs meet brand guidelines and technical standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in motion graphics design (animation, compositing, effects) using After Effects CC.
* Strong 3D skills (Cinema 4D ideally) and ability to create storyboards.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Ability to manage projects from concept through to delivery.
* Understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.
* Confident presenting work and influencing stakeholders.
