Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a Special Educational Needs Setting in Burton on Trent to assist with their recruitment for Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants.

This is a Full time, permanent position, working 39 hours per week. Covering Monday - Thursday 8.15 am -4.15pm and 8.15 - 3.00pm on Fridays, for the school terms. This position offers an annual salary of £20,624.76 per annum once you transfer from completing the initial 12 week temp to perm placement.

Support children with autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural challenges.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with the teaching team to implement individualised education plans.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
Enhanced Child and Adult DBS clearance.
