Join our team as an HR Advisor, providing practical, people-focused solutions for our clients while expanding your expertise in HR consultancy. We are looking for an HR Advisor who can balance pragmatic advice with a touch of creativity – whether that’s building client relationships, shaping training sessions, or adding flair to our communications and policy offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day HR advice to clients across all sectors – from employee relations to policies, contracts and compliance.
* Building trusted client partnerships, acting as their go-to HR support.
* Serving as first point of contact for clients, supporting investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
* Adding creative energy to client communications and social media posts.
* Attending networking and development events to grow the company’s profile and build business relationships.
* Contributing to projects, audits, and hands‑on HR initiatives to support clients and the team.
* Managing a hybrid schedule: client site visits (mainly South Wales, with some travel further afield), office time at Bridgend for collaboration, networking events, and flexible work‑from‑home when appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong HR generalist background, ideally with multi‑sector exposure.
* Experience in creating and delivering HR or management training.
* Confident communicator, client‑facing and commercially aware.
* Comfortable networking and representing the business externally.
* Proactive, organised and creatively minded.
