We are seeking a confident, entrepreneurial Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager ready to take the next step and lead a prestigious luxury boutique in the heart of Central London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving business growth, implementing fresh ideas, and delivering exceptional client experience, while leading a talented team and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the wider business.
You’ll manage a small, high performing team while taking ownership of projects, events, and initiatives that shape the boutique’s success. A good general knowledge of jewellery is preferred, with deeper expertise a definite advantage. Alongside this, you’ll ensure the boutique operates with the highest standards of compliance, stock integrity, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a Senior Retail Leadership role within a premium or luxury brand
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving operational success
* Entrepreneurial spirit with the confidence to implement new ideas and initiatives
* Established client book and ability to engage with high value customers
* Experience managing stock integrity, audits, and compliance processes
* Confident, inspirational leader able to motivate a small team while collaborating on broader business projects
