We are looking for an experienced receptionist who will be able to deal with all general on park enquiries. You will be working closely with the General Manager of the park, and in their absence, will be solely responsible for all reception matters. Hours - 22.5 Hours per week Duties will include: Liaising with park teams, to provide the best experience for our guests Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers Reception duties, resolving guest queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well Cash handling Processing payments To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practices Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role Skills Required: An excellent telephone manner Good time management – multitasking Great customer service and organisational skills Computer literate A friendly and approachable personality Dependability If you have experiecne as a receptionist with a leisure/hospitality or similar background, please apply today
