From their brand-new 16-person office in Stockton Heath (free parking included), the team works entirely inbound — no cold calling, no chasing. Most of their candidates come from referrals, and their community members get rewarded with payouts from £2.5k–£16k for successful introductions. Consultants also get commission on academy sales, community referrals, and more.

The Career Path
* Junior Consultant – No experience? No problem. Base around £25k, £200k target, 10% commission, quarterly bonuses, and a clear route to promotion.
* Senior Consultant – 2+ years in SaaS/GTM recruitment or B2B sales, £200k+ billings, base c. £32k, commission up to 15%, EMI shares, and Presidents Club rewards.
* Growth Lead – Manage a junior consultant, earn £500k+ with a bigger base, higher commission, more equity, and team overrides.
