Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Small Works Project Manager for a permanent role within their Small Works division, based in Malvern. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects, delivering high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget. The Role: Full project management of small works projects from pre-start through to completion Planning, programming, and coordination of refurbishment, fit-out, and installation activities Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams Overseeing multiple small works projects concurrently where required Monitoring project costs, programme, quality, and risk Liaising closely with clients, site teams, and senior management to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Project Manager / Small Works Project Manager delivering refurb, fit-out, or installation projects Experience working within live environments is advantageous Background delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, MOD, or leisure is desirable Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package: Up to £80,000 per annum £5,500 car allowance Competitive benefits package Opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of commercial small works projects 27 days (BHs) annual leave Car leasing scheme via salary sacrifice Death in Service (4x salary) Cycle to Work scheme Cash Plan (claim back) Pension: 3% employee / 5% employer If you're a Small Works Project Manager with experience delivering refurbishments, fit-outs, and installation works, looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a supportive contractor, we'd love to hear from you.
