If you enjoy working with young people and thrive on the buzz of a busy school day, this could be the role for you. Your role will include: Leading pre-set lessons across different subjects (no planning needed) Keeping students engaged, focused, and learning Managing classroom behaviour with a calm, consistent approach Supporting staff and pupils across the wider school day We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience working with young people (in or out of school) Strong communication and organisational skills The ability to build quick rapport and set clear expectations A genuine interest in making a positive difference to students’ lives This is a great step if you’ve been a TA, youth worker, sports coach—or if you’re considering teaching and want a real taste of the classroom first.
