Role Summary:
As a vital member of our accommodation team, you will provide essential support during the busy summer period. Your efforts will help prepare rooms and facilities to a high standard for incoming summer guests and students. This hands-on role involves logistical support, maintenance assistance, and ensuring a quick turnaround of rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with move-in and move-out preparations, making the transition seamless for everyone.
Deliver supplies like cleaning products and bedding packs across the building.
Support housekeeping teams by managing waste and transporting laundry or stock.
Help with room setups, including arranging furniture and making beds.
Report maintenance issues to ensure all areas are safe and clean.
Be a welcoming face for new residents and their families on move-in day!
Collaborate with the front of house team for a smooth check-in experience.
Complete administrative tasks such as logging maintenance requests and preparing notices.
Work as part of a team, supporting and respecting fellow team members for exceptional resident living.Key Relationships:

Knowledge & Qualifications:
Good level of general education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.Experience & Skills:
Excellent customer service skills with significant experience in a customer-facing role.
Physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills to keep up with demands.
Keen attention to detail to maintain high standards.
Culturally aware with adaptable communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
