About the Opportunity
A respected and growing law firm in St Helens is looking for a dedicated Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join their supportive and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in family law to take ownership of a varied caseload and make a meaningful impact.
Your Role Will Include:
* Managing cases involving divorce, separation, and financial settlements
* Advising on child arrangements and parental disputes
* Handling TOLATA matters
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Representing clients in court when required
* Delivering clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal
* Strong background in family law
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
* Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is a plus
* A client-focused, proactive, and professional approach
