Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and own execution of the affiliate channel plan, aligned to wider performance and trading objectives.
Manage day-to-day affiliate partner relationships, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance.
Accountable for the management & efficiencies of spend in the Affiliate channels.
Execute affiliate campaigns, including partner placements, promotional activity, and optimisation of live activity.
Monitor performance against key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion, and ROI.
Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate activity with trade plans, promotional calendars, and key moments.
Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and opportunities to drive incremental growth.
Lead the testing and implementation of new innovations, tools, and partnership models within the affiliate channel.
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of affiliate activity.
Provide regular performance updates and insights, highlighting risks and opportunities. xsngvjr
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement.
About You
3+ years experience within affiliate marketing or a related performance channel
Experience working with affiliate networks (Ideally Partnerize or similar)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Good understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing channels
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the role
