The roleYou’ll play a pivotal role in keeping everything running smoothly, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple high-profile projects.You will:
1. Take ownership of complex diary and inbox management, ensuring priorities are seamlessly aligned.
2. Coordinate travel, meetings, and schedules with precision and efficiency.
3. Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing polished documents, reports, and presentations in line with brand standards.
4. Work closely with teams across finance, marketing, HR, and beyond to keep operations flowing effortlessly.
5. Spot opportunities to improve processes and introduce smarter, more efficient ways of working.
6. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling all communication with professionalism, discretion, and confidence.
You must have
7. Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
8. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
9. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with real commercial awareness.
10. Confidence using Microsoft Office and producing high-quality outputs.
11. Experience in project coordination or HR processes (a bonus, but not essential).
