Credit Controller | Permanent | Salary up to £30,000Astute Recruitment are supporting our Mansfield -based client with the recruitment of an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy and fast-paced finance team on a permanent, full-time basis.This is a fully office-based role offering a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, thrives under pressure and is confident managing high-volume credit control duties from start to finish.Key Duties:Managing the full credit control process for a high-volume customer ledgerChasing overdue paymentsvia phone and emailBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsResolving invoice and account queries efficientlyAllocating customer payments and reconciling accountsProducing aged debtor reportsMonitoring debtor days and reducing outstanding debtEscalating problematic accounts where necessarySupporting month-end processes and reportingWorking closely with internal departments to resolve payment issuesMaintaining accurate customer and account recordsWhat We Are Looking For:Minimum of 2 years experience within a Credit Control roleConfident managing a busy and high-volume ledgerStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and prioritise workload effectivelyProactive and resilient approachGood working knowledge of Excel and finance systemsStrong team player with a positive attitudeOther roles you may have applied for: Credit Controller, Senior Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable, AR Clerk, Collections Advisor, Sales Ledger Clerk, Collections Specialist.TPBN1_UKTJ
