As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with our service users to ensure they receive outstanding care and support in line with their personal care plans. You will assist with clinical requirements, social activities, and additional services as needed.

Role requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Minimum 6 months of care experience

* Own vehicle is desirable but not mandatory
* Paediatric experience
