What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering sports therapy and rehabilitation services to our patients, while contributing to the growth and quality of our service.
* Conducting thorough patient assessments and designing tailored rehabilitation plans
* Delivering hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation for MSK and sports injuries
* Supporting patients with return-to-sport and return-to-activity planning
* Educating patients to build confidence, self-management, and long-term resilience
* Collaborating with all therapists on integrated care pathways
* Managing patient notes, caseloads, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
* Taking part in team meetings and contributing to service development

What We're Looking For
Essential:
* BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, Rehabilitation, or equivalent
* Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. SST, BASRaT, or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of MSK assessment, rehabilitation, and exercise prescription
* Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Experience in private practice or MSK settings
* Additional training in strength & conditioning and/or Pilates
* Interest in developing skills in manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation for specialist groups (e.g. athletes, older adults, post-op, or long-term MSK patients)
