Customer Experience Support – Peterborough
Location: Peterborough, England, United Kingdom. Salary: £26,000 per year. Benefits include private health insurance, 26 days holiday (+8 bank holidays), pension and more.
Working hours: 9 – 17:00, full-time on‑site.
The Company
We are a UK‑based FTTP ISP, well funded and diversifying our markets with domestic and international aspirations. We are looking for strong team players to join our growing operations.
The Role
In a nutshell, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing Wi‑Fi issues. You will troubleshoot basic queries, document the information and pass it on to the field engineering team, while also organising engineers’ diaries to ensure smooth handovers.
Because you will liaise both with external customers and internal colleagues, you must manage expectations, juggle priorities and communicate clearly.
We are looking for someone with a customer‑service background and strong administrative skills. We welcome candidates from any industry background who are willing to learn and adapt. A positive attitude, strong customer‑service skills and basic technical savvy are essential. You should also be quick to pick up new technologies.
