Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, working between 20-25 hrs a week Mon-Fri, between 9:30 - 3:00.
Duties:
* Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, mail merge facility and Excel) XERO and Cloud based CRM system specific to the company
* Data entry, updating records and learner details on Excel and external portals
