A Midlands-based client is seeking a Food/Health and Safety qualified Environmental Health Officer (EHO). Responsibilities include conducting new premises and food hygiene inspections, as well as managing food and health & safety complaints. Candidates should hold the EHORB Reg/Higher Cert and have completed 20 hours of CPDs. The initial contract is 3 months, full-time, with rates at £45 per hour.
