Credit Control Manager Liverpool Full-time | Permanent £35,000 – £40,000 A well-established property and block management organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Leasehold Credit Control Manager to join its finance team. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in leasehold, service charge, or property credit control who is confident managing high-value arrears, legal processes, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Manage a large portfolio of leasehold accounts, collecting service charges and ground rent Oversee aged debt, disputes, and recovery strategies to reduce debtor days Issue reminder notices, final demands, and pre-legal correspondence Liaise with external solicitors on arrears and legal cases Prepare documentation for legal action and track case progress Produce regular aged debt reports and updates for senior management Work closely with block managers and internal finance teams Communicate professionally with leaseholders and managing agents About You Proven experience in leasehold, service charge, or property credit control Comfortable managing high-volume arrears and legal processes Highly organised, proactive, and confident dealing with stakeholders Able to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday day off Pension and additional benefits package Office-based role – must be within commuting distance of Liverpool
