About the Role
As a Transport Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of delivery operations from our Dublin depot. You'll ensure our fleet, drivers, and customer service work in harmony-delivering on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, review, and optimise delivery routes with a strong focus on cost efficiency and customer service excellence.
Manage driver rotas 4 weeks in advance, ensuring full shift coverage and robust absence contingencies.
Monitor driver hours, safety compliance, appearance, and performance through daily debriefs and ongoing supervision.
Track live fleet activity and provide real-time updates to the customer service team.
Ensure daily vehicle checks and accurate logbook entries; conduct regular audits on fleet condition.
Coordinate all vehicle servicing, fridge maintenance, repairs, and legal certifications.
Maintain accurate digital records covering mileage, servicing, tax, and insurance.
Weekly reconciliation of fuel usage; manage return and security of fuel cards and keys.
Induct new drivers, perform regular licence checks, and update the skills matrix to ensure operational coverage.
Promote and enforce a safety-first culture; ensure audit readiness at all times.
Facilitate smooth handovers between day and night shifts to maintain 24/7 operational continuity.

Proven experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role.
