Location: Alexandra Point (Alexandra Road)
🕗 Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm
💰 Salary: $5,000 – $6,000

Leading manufacturer and distributor of semiconductor and electronic components serving OEM and channel partners across ASEAN and India.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Technical Support
* Provide engineering support to major OEMs and channel partners in the ASEAN/India region
* Support product qualification, new product introduction (NPI) and integration into customers’ manufacturing processes
* Ensure products meet specification and application requirements
* Provide technical marketing support across the ASEAN region
After-Sales & Analysis
* Support RMA processes and diagnostic tools
* Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting
* Provide root cause analysis and technical recommendations
Commercial & Market Engagement
* Collaborate with Sales team on technical discussions with customers
* Participate in exhibitions, customer visits and technical presentations
* Support market expansion activities through technical engagement
