Assistant Building Surveyor – Hybrid Working – South London
We’re thrilled to present an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary consultancy. Our client is looking for a motivated professional to work on diverse projects across housing, education, commercial, care, and health sectors, offering valuable hands-on experience and career progression.
About the Role

What Our Client Is Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Have 1–2 years of post-graduate experience in building surveying.
* Be committed to professional development, actively working towards their APC certification.
* Have an RICS Accredited Degree
* Have a keen interest in energy efficiency and sustainability, contributing to forward-thinking projects.
* Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and improve building performance.
