Salary - £25,000, + Commission (OTE - £50,000 - £60,000)
Full license and own car required Car Allowance
5-day week - Monday Friday, Saturdays 9am 5pm (every other Saturday and a day off in lieu when a Saturday worked)
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator with a passion for property and a knack for valuing homes? Our client based in Stanstead Abbotts is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally with valuation experience, to join their dynamic team.
A generous 10% commission structure. High achievers can expect on-target earnings of £50,000 to £60,000.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings
Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations
Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
Selling of our clients services to new and existing clients
Skills required for the job
Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within London or the Home Counties
Valuation experience
A sense of urgency for goal achievement
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Confident and enthusiastic communication style
Self-starting with the desire to succeed
Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
Negotiation skills
Good IT literacy skills
