Receptionist Role
5 days a week in Cardiff Office
Full-time, permanent role
Needs to have construction experience
Key Responsibilities
* Greet, sign in, and direct clients, staff, and deliveries; issue security passes.
* Answer and redirect phone calls; manage incoming/outgoing mail and emails; handle general inquiries.
* Data entry, filing, typing, managing calendars, booking travel, ordering supplies, and assisting managers/project teams.
* Maintain reception area cleanliness, organize meeting rooms, arrange maintenance, and manage refreshments.
* May involve liaising with vendors/subcontractors, preparing forms (POs, change orders), and potentially requiring a CSCS card for site access.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
1. Previous reception or front-of-house roles; proven customer service.
2. Previous experience working within a Construction environment/ business.
3. Excellent verbal and written skills; professional telephone manner.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
