Job description
Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social services occupational therapist to secure a locum contract supporting a major adaptations caseload.
You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses, social workers and assistants.
Key responsibilities of the occupational therapist role as follows:
1. To provide a high quality, evidence based occupational therapy service.
2. To work within equipment, adaptations, DFG work and manual handling.
3. To work as an independent clinical professional with well-developed knowledge and skills, problem solving, clinical reasoning and clinical expertise in specialist area.
