Job Responsibilities
* Provide a high-quality, efficient administration service across all functions of Estates management services to support the smooth running of the administration office.
* Ensure the smooth operation of administrative and business support duties within the Estates Directorate.
* Maintain a professional attitude and ensure the efficient running and coordination of administrative functions, adapting to an ever-changing environment.
* Provide high-quality customer care as the first point of contact, involving the operation of the helpdesk via telephone and email.
* Undertake administrative and clerical duties supporting a comprehensive, high-quality, flexible, and cost-effective service for our customers.
* Work towards, attain, maintain, and enhance the Trust's "CARES" values.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon, offering a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services.
