Solicitor – Personal Injury Department
Location: Middleton Office
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch)
Salary: Competitive and negotiable depending on experience

About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our busy and friendly Middleton office. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE who are confident managing a high-volume caseload and working within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of 150+ claimant personal injury files
* Handle cases through the MOJ Portal
* Work on a variety of matters including:
* Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
* Employer’s Liability (EL)
* Public Liability (PL)
* Manage fast track and multi-track cases
* Use case management systems effectively (experience with Proclaim is advantageous)
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong communication and telephone skills
* Excellent IT and keyboard proficiency
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
