Responsibilities
* Supervise and train reception staff to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
* Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in hotel management software
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
