Job Title: Social Media & Content Manager
Location:Hybrid – working from the Tobacco Factory management offices (Bristol) and remotely
Employment Type:Part-time (15 hours per week)
Pay:£15 per hour
About the Role
We’re looking for aSocial Media & Content Managerwith strong photography and content creation skills to support our group of businesses underTF Enterprises,includingTobacco Factory,Sunday Market,Five Acre Farm,Mark’s Bread, andGrain Barge. This is a hands-on, creative role focused on producing and managing engaging content that reflects the character and values of each brand. The role is hybrid, with a mix of time spent on-site and working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Shoot and edit photography and video content for use across digital platforms
* Produce both hi-fi (professional) and lo-fi (quick, social-friendly) content
* Work with the team to plan and produce content around key moments or campaigns
* Keep our content library organised and up to date
Social Media Management
* Plan, schedule, and post content to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
* Develop a consistent look and tone of voice across platforms
* Respond to messages, comments, and collaboration requests
* Manage a content calendar and coordinate with other teams to keep it running smoothly
Marketing Support
* Create and send email newsletters via Mailchimp
* Organise and upload content to our file system
* Support general marketing tasks when needed
Tools You Should Know
* CapCut or similar video editing tools
* Figma
* Mailchimp
* Social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Buffer)
What We’re Looking For
* Confident with a camera and comfortable editing your own content
* Experience managing social media for a brand or organisation
* Able to work independently and manage your own time
* Clear communicator and team player
* Organised and good at keeping on top of content plans and deadlines
